Marketplace Guardian provides AI-assisted analysis, risk indicators, and educational guidance. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. The service does not provide legal, financial, law-enforcement, or professional advice, and it does not determine with certainty whether any person, listing, or transaction is legitimate or fraudulent.
No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that scam detection will identify every risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketplace Guardian and its owners, operators, affiliates, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service.
